Weekly meetings
Weekly meeting activities include exercises, speech groups, art, craftwork, games (such as dominoes and Scrabble), quiz, raffle and refreshments.

Special events
Occasionally invited guests and friends help us to include short talks, demonstrations and musical entertainment. Also there are celebration teas, a Christmas party and an AGM.

Outings
We have an annual summer outing to a location in Hampshire or West Sussex. Venues have included Fishbourne Roman Palace, Stansted Park, Bird World, Marwell Zoo, Exbury Gardens, Earnley Butterfly Farm and the Wildfowl and Wetland Trust at Arundel.

We enjoy a Christmas lunch outing as well as pub lunches at other times of the year.
